But, before you go off thinking we just like to toot our own horn about how great and perfect we are - we're not perfect and we have the battle scars to prove it. Like any one else, we make mistakes. We're human, just like you are. We're not always the fastest, we're not always the cheapest, we don't always have it in stock all the time, we're not always accurate in what we put in a box, etc. Sometimes, we can't even even fix a mistake after the fact, as hard as we try. But we do try and at the end of the day, that's really all we can do.
